[Our vineyard now] Flowering and Trellising

Flowering occurred early June. Now the grapes slowly form (“berry set”). The shoots are lifted up, separated and stapled vertically. This operation encourages air circulation and allows maximum lights penetration. Trellising is entirely done by hand.
